1. Can I add custom embroidery to any item?

Almost all of our clothing items can be personalized with custom embroidery from your baby's name to a sweet phrase or special design. Simply select "Add Embroidery" on the product page and choose your preferred font and thread color.

2. What if I want a design that's not on the website?

No problem! Send us an email at info@briarandbrook.com and we will start the design process and email proofs of your custom needs. 

3. How long will my order take? 

  • Custom pieces: 4-10 business days
  • All other items: 1-4 business days 

Please note that shipping time is not included in the above estimates.

 4. What if I need my order sooner? 

Reach out and we'll do our best to help! Orders are completed in the sequence they're received, so the sooner you contact us, the better. Please note that while we'll always try to accommodate rush requests, we're unable to guarantee specific delivery dates due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays.

5. How do I care for my items?

To keep your baby's items soft, cozy, and looking their best: 

  • Hand washing and laying flat to dry is always recommended
  • If using a washing machine, turn inside out and wash in cold water on gentle cycle with like fabrics to prevent snagging
  • Lay flat to dry 
  • Avoid ironing directly on the embroidery
  • Avoid bleach

A little extra care goes a long way in preserving the colors and stitching so your little one can enjoy their personalized pieces for years to come!

6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is confirmed and processing begins, we're unable to guarantee changes or cancellations. If you catch a mistake or have a change of heart, please contact us within 24 hours and we'll do everything we can to help.
