Processing Time
- Custom embroidery pieces are typically processed within 4-10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received.
- All other orders are processed within 1-4 business days.
- You'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
All orders are shipped via FedEx.
- Ground Shipping (2–6 business days): $5.95 | Free on orders $70+
- FedEx 2Day: rate calculated at checkout
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future . Please check back for updates!
Undeliverable Package
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional postage required to resend. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for delays caused by address errors or carrier issues.
Shipping Delays
Once your order is in the hands of FedEx, delivery is outside of our control. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions. We appreciate your patience!
Lost, Stolen, Damaged, or Orders Marked Delivered
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being accepted by FedEx. Once your order has been accepted by FedEx, it is outside of our hands and we are unable to control the final delivery.
If your order is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, we recommend contacting FedEx directly at fedex.com or calling 1-800-463-3339 to open a claim.
