We want you to love everything you receive from Briar & Brook! If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Any custom, personalized, or sale items (ncluding Black Friday sales) cannot be returned or exhcnaged.
  • Eligibility: Non-customized iems may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
  • Please note that custom, personalized, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

 How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at info@briarandbrook.com to request a return authorization. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. You will be provided a return label for domestic orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. 
  3. Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping.

 

Refunds

  • Please allow 3-5 days for shipping return and 7-10 days for returns to be processed.
  • Returns are refunded in the form of store credit. Store credit will be issued to the email associated with the order. 
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Exhanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please email us at info@briarandbrook.com. Due to inventory demand and items selling quickly, we may not be able to offer an exchange for an item. 

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@briarandbrook.com. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer you a replacement or full refund.
